House description
Abbeyfield House in Cadogan Gardens has been developed by joining three terraced houses together, accommodating 15 people within a gated community. The property is over three floors offering a variety of single studio accommodation all with en-suite facilities. Patio gardens with raised beds and boarders create a peaceful place within the central location. Parking is available for house visitors.
Location
Abbeyfield House benefits from a very central location in the middle of Tunbridge Wells town, Kent. Tunbridge Wells offers all the facilities and services you would expect from a large town, mostly within walking distance. There is also the advantage of excellent travel links from the town. Royal Tunbridge Wells is most famous for its historic Pantiles and Chalybeate Spring. The wider region is perhaps best known for its splendid stately homes and gardens. Spa Valley railway is a delightful heritage railway within walking distance of the Pantiles. Fine churches and abbeys and award-winning parks and lakes are within close proximity too.

House Life
This is a busy house, offering lunch and supper in the communal dining area, with the addition of morning coffee and afternoon tea for those that like to meet up at different times during the day. Breakfast is self-catered with provisions of your choice supplied by us, as part of your tenancy.
Weekly activities are available including an exercise class and film afternoon. Tenants are actively involved in the house and its decisions, with many attending the tenant meetings. Friendships develop naturally within the house, creating companionship and a family atmosphere.
Visiting hairdresser, chiropodist and optician services are available at the house.

House Team
Abbeyfield House staff are available daily. Our house staff are there to provide your catering service and be a source of support, to aid your independence. We are not able to provide personal care or assistance with medication but we can help you to arrange the support you need in these areas.
