Covid 19

The new strain of the virus is more dangerously contagious and therefore threatens our communities more than ever, despite the gradual roll out of a vaccine. We continue to respond as the pandemic evolves and will take such steps as are necessary to ensure that our tenants’ and staff’s safety is our priority.

Social visits to our houses have been suspended. Essential care and support visits may be undertaken, if there is no alternative. However, full safety precautions must be adhered to, in line with government advice. Viewings for potential tenants are also suspended.

During this time, our communal areas, including dining rooms are closed and tenant’s meals will be delivered to their rooms. We do encourage our tenants to get out for their daily exercise, even if they just walk around the block.

We will review these restrictions when the current lockdown is lifted. In the meantime, our dedicated staff continue to work incredibly hard, in challenging circumstances, to ensure the health and wellbeing of all involved as we seek to deliver as near our normal service as possible.

We continue to ask that you support our staff throughout this very difficult time, as they continue to do everything within their power to support our tenants and ensure everyone’s safety.

Keep safe.

Nolan Taylor Chief Executive
